DeRose Method instructor in Chapecó

Alexandre Wanglon Montagna is gaúcho from Pelotas, but lives in Chapecó, west of Santa Catarina state, in Brasil. Is dedicated to the study and perpetuation of SwáSthya Yôga (Ancient Yôga), philosophy of life in which professionalized through the Universidade de Yôga (Yôga University), and now works as instructor graduated and monitored by Lisandra Zapelini, fro Florianópolis, and grateful to his Master, DeRose.

Strongly vegetarian, loves doing alchemic mixtures in his iron pot¹. Uses many tomatoes, garlic, olive oil extra-virgin, curry, chimichurri and Tabasco pepper sauce. Dates Sary - reason why he went to Chapecó, takes chimarrão almost religiously with the herbs that parents bring from RS and has a loyal little dog called Meg. Enough about personal life.
